Staff Applications
Acedia Journal is currently accepting applications for our readership position! If you share our mission and would like to participate, please read the following details and complete our form.
In line with much of our submissions policy, we accept staff applications from anyone. Though, unfortunately, we are unable to provide pay at this time, holding a position at a literary journal is a respectable credential and worthwhile experience. Typically, a reader for Acedia will not spend more than two hours a week reading and commenting on submissions, but that number may undulate. We strongly encourage youth to apply, and seek to maintain a reasonable balance within our cohort of readers.
We hope to respond to all applicants within four weeks of receipt, so please wait until that time has passed before contacting us about the status of your application. If you do wish to leave an inquiry, direct it to queries@acediajournal.com.
Note: As members of our staff dealing with submissions, readers are unable to submit to the journal.
